With a record number of new contracts and forward orders for the next three years, recruitment over the past twelve months has increased the staff numbers significantly. The growth in the workforce puts Clayton into a new level of manufacturing providing a huge boost to the business.

Recruiting new people has helped with workload management and introduced the skills vital to the Clayton expansion.

Continued development and investment in our workforce is preparing our business for success in the future, with the recent appointment of a new apprentice Christian Kitchen, to support current employees. Electrical Design  Engineer, Harry Jones, is currently in his final degree year and Electrical Design Engineer, Artur Blaszczyk, who recently graduated with First Class Honours, ensure we have a skilled workforce for strong sustainable growth.
